About Our Packing
-We will do our best to pack your parcel to ensure that your parcel will not be damaged during delivery!

*Bubble paper + carbon box + Brown paper/Bubble Pack to protect the periphery of the figure box.

*Box of the figure might be damage or dented due to shipping problem, we cannot guarantee you will get 100% perfect box.

*We will not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation and we will try our best to the packaging.

Ready Stock

-We ensure all the products we sold are authentic, therefore if figure got any paint chips and other defects problem we will not responsible.

-Item will be confirmed and shipped out by 2 working days.

Preorder Item

-Pre-ordered item cannot be refunded or exchanged.

-We will notify youvia facebook or whatsapp when the goods arrive .

-Order will be confirmed within 2 working days. Every product on pre-order lists an expected arrival date. Postage fees will be calculated upon stock arrival.

-We would all like pre-orders to show up within the expected time frame, but unfortunately the toy industry can have delays. The expected arrival date is an estimate; there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late.

-If shortage on supply, we will fulfill the order based on the sequence for order placed, else full amount will be refunded.
